My boys play football. As a parent who is maybe more than average nuts about sustainability, I haven’t been able to keep my mouth shut. This fantastic arena has so much potential for becoming a frontrunner in sustainable sports.

And there is so much to do! From the food which is served to the field they play on, from waste management to social inclusion. This is a passion project really close to my heart!

Just started.

We have work to do in order to reach the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Pådriv is an action based operating model and a new way of collaborating in a local community. This model was developed in Oslo in 2016, and has since then spread to multiple Norwegian cities and also to other countries.

Since 2021 we have been working to implement this model in my hometown Tønsberg, and we are slowly figuring things out.

For a long time my big dream has been to write a book. I love to write, and above all I love how books allow us to share experiences, ideas and to see things through the eyes of someone else.

My dream book is for children, but it will also be entertaining for a grown-up reader. And more than anything else it will awaken the superhero within.

The latest development in this area is my newly released eBook aimed at mid-career professinals from the oil and gas industry who want to transition in their career.
